Willow Class is taught by Mrs Hutchinson. 

Mrs Forshaw assists everyday.

Mrs McClintock and Mrs Moore are also in our class. 

We have now started to plan our Christmas production 'Countdown to Christmas'. 

We are beginning to practise the Christmas songs and a letter will be sent out informing you of your child's part and costume. 

SCIENCE

During our light and sound topic we will be exploring sounds and light sources.  The children will be finding out about the causes of the Fire

ART

We will be spending time experimenting with different media to produce colour images.  This will be linked to our Fire of London topic.

The children will be looking at the many books in our class and KS1 library and should practice reading aloud to improve their fluency.

The children are encouraged to change their own books from the banded book boxes in Ash classroom. Almost all of the children can now change their own books.  Well done!

Everybody, adults and children alike, enjoyed our visit to Peterborough's Key Theatre.  The production of the Stick Man was wonderful.
